Management - No planning, no vision, lack of basic fundamental knowledge of running an organization - have created a target culture as in "if you don't agree you're terminated". Will probably move to the US in the next 2 years. No respect of employees from the senior management

Company has a hard time nailing down action plans in each department for optimal profitability, and overall successful outcomes. Management lacks team building, interpersonal skills and ability to drive the companies goals, delegate action plans, and measure performance. Production and manufacturing lack quality assurance causing expensive errors that are not caught until product arrives to the customer. Accountability and root cause analyses is not executed by management so same errors and problems with personel take longer to fix than necessary.
