    Great environment Pay is excellent Benefits are awesome

    Cons

    I don't like the weekly store meetings, especially with working overnight and having to go to a meeting sometimes seems pointless

    Cut back on the weekly store meetings.

    Pros

    3rd shift is the best for work/life balance. Fair pay. Room to grow. If your team is good, you get a work family that always has your back.

    Cons

    Tension can run high when you never close and work in close quarters. It can feel like you're always on call.

    Centralize the communication about policy updates and standard operating procedures

    I have been working at Advance Financial part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great working conditions, very easy job. No physical work involved at all, all mental. Working overnights consists of a 9:30 to 8am shift. Hour lunch break. Customers and staff are great and super fun to work with. Free health care!!

    Cons

    Working alone for 90% of your shift is something to get used to. There is a lot of down time, so you have to get creative in ways to keep yourself occupied within the guidelines of the company. You have to take your lunch an hour after you arrive at the store, then you are locked in till 7am.

    The pay is good. free insurance

    Cons

    Everything else, you have no life with advance financial. They try to control everything and lie to you about everything.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, stop trying to control every store base on your busy ones. Give the tellers their cell phones back!
