    After being here for only 30 days I love this job and everything about the company. They truly care about there employees and offer so much to their employees from benefits, incentives like your birthday off, and outside of work activities. Everyone here seems to love there job and want to do well at their position whatever it maybe. I have already met a lot of great people that I consider friends and for just moving to this state it has made it easier to meet people. There is a lot of outside activities they do which helps you stay active in the community as well. Love working for the company

    Flexible hours, great benefits, open concept building, gym facilities and work shops.

    Cons

    On line Department is going under transition, lots of changes, you don't have your own desk, and have to share headset with others. I don't like that part but beside that is all good.

    Advice to Management

    Some manager are unprofessional in the way that will talk over others manager and is very rude that if a manager is giving and instruction the other manager jumps in and scream across the room with a NO! that's no how it goes. My advise is if you have something to say to your co worker do it on private, because is just rude that we have to ear went they don't agree on something.

    I have been working at Advance Financial part-time

    Pros

    The pay is great. They matched my pay from my last employer. Everyone is very helpful and genuinely seem like they want you to exceed. My manager has went out of his way to be sure that I am excelling at my job. Very encouraging. Plus healthcare is paid for by Advance Financial. AND THEY OFFER 40 PAID HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE/ VOLUNTEER WORK! Never worked for a company that offered that. They truly care about the communities they work in.

    Cons

    They don't offer a set schedule for their retail store employees except management. Mandatory employee meetings even if they fall on your days off.

    Big focus on both providing stellar customer service, as well as doing everything & anything to keep employees happy and engaged. Great environment in the corporate office. They try to make being at work more fun and less of a chore

    401K matching is only 3%
