    I have been working at Advance Financial full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Out of the multiple trainers that I had , they all seemed to know the products. They were also aware of the customer service experience and how important it is for Advance Financial.

    Cons

    My first three weeks I was traveling around with the Manager . I felt like my training was all over the place.

    Advice to Management

    I would make sure that the training Manager was fully staffed and focused on training the employee.

    No customers at times and makes the day slow
    Customers get upset about things we on our side can not help

    I have been working at Advance Financial full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I have a great team with me at my store, and some amazing leaders as well. I have been here for 4 years and feel very respected and valued by the company as a whole.

    Cons

    Occasionally I become overwhelmed with wanting to be the best. I also tend to stress a little being 24/7 when someone calls out trying to get the shift covered, or having to maybe cover it myself.

    Advice to Management

    Keep working hard to improve everyday! It's amazing to see the growth over the last few years.
