      I can't think of anything .

      Cons

      They have awful clients, they also contest unemployment every step of the way after you get laid off instead of helping you find work. Nasty company to work for.

      Working conditions and benefits.

      Pros

      After working so many thousands of hours, you get a full weeks pay, plus paid holidays.

      Cons

      They will try and put you anywhere, even if it's not in your field of work. Also, when you are trying to reach your recruiter, it takes days and days for them to get back to you. And when they do, the conversation is limited. No concerns about how your work conditions are.

      Good people, marketing, and overall presence in Illinois.

      Cons

      - Cold calling all day long. No book of business. - Upper management - lack there of. - 15 people quit in less than 6 months, including people who were there for a very long time. - They bring people over from other firms to take client lists, but then when you leave they thing they have rights to the clients. - Gossip about other firms and talk bad about people. (northbrook). - Heavy on metrics... - Very low salary - People never want to do there jobs right/correctly - Take business from SNI
