      Pros

      -Salary is above national average for software developers. -Provides more PTO than other consulting firms. -Paid for 10 national holidays. -Provides decent medical package. -Provides excellent 401K. -Provides highest referral bonuses than any other consulting firms: $500 after 30 days, $1000 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days. Total $2500 for referral. -Provides quarterly lunches, holiday lunches, and Christmas cash bonus.

      Cons

      Lower the cost on the medical plan if possible, but I understand that's hard to do these days.
