    Pros

    Great work culture, freedom to explore and try out new things, chance to work with smart people, opportunity to develop skill set in multiple language for a developer.

    Cons

    Chennai office is slowly becoming service based, challenging and impactful work is done in US. Less accountability and unclear road maps.

    Pros

    Lots of smart people. Good opportunity to build business experience and management skills that can be applied anywhere. Company has strong reputation.

    Cons

    New managers get minimal coaching and training. Thus, some managers are really terrible. Morale after Optum purchase and subsequent layoffs was very low.
