    Pros

okay company, the people were decent. free lunches occasional. 40 wall street location was a great location for meetings and food options.

    Cons

I worked at Aegis Capital full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good Way to get Licensed. Great wake-up call that wall street can be a very tough place if you don't surround yourself with good people.

    Cons

Felt a lot like Wolf of Wall Street. Moral and pay is very low among younger guys on the desk since the uncovered list of accounts gets contacted much more than most of the "covered" accounts. Develop a very thick skin when making 100+ calls a day to hedge funds that already told another young guy they have no interest every month or so for the past few years.
