      Aegis Therapies Response

      VP Recruiting & Staffing

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate all you do every day to help our patients improve their health and mobility. A flexible schedule is indeed one of the benefits of working as a COTA. Management styles can be unique for each director, and we encourage our team members to discuss any concerns directly or utilize our HR and compliance support processes when necessary. Compensation is challenging, especially with industry-wide regulatory and governmental changes and reductions, but we continue to work to provide the best professional opportunities for all our team members. While the current environment does not support an ability for Aegis to increase wages across the board, we do review our compensation regularly to ensure that we are competitive in each market and provide performance-based increases.
