Pros
- opportunity to make a lot of money, uncapped commission
Cons
- work minimum 50 hour weeks, some offices have the mindset of "if you leave before the boss does you are leaving too soon, even if it's past closing time" - you have to compete against your own team to earn commission (i.e. if someone else wins that means you lost) - "family culture" equates to petty clique-like office environment - the company roles out incentives/rewards but are only given to top performers - toxic environment where account managers (internal employees) can treat recruiters poorly
- Former Employee★★★★★
Good people but miserable job unless you LOVE sales

Coworkers are young so the work culture can be fun, can make a lot of friends
Cons
No work life balance, lengthy PTO but you can't really take it because you're in constant competition with each other about numbers and candidates, very number focused. If you're not motivated to get into sales, this is not the job for you
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good people, good team, fun environment, opportunity to make a lot of commission, corporate push for diversity and inclusion, professional & personal growth, and ability to learn from very successful people in the company.
Cons
Long hours, little work life balance, high stress/high pressure environment, high turn over, poor retirement and health benefits, having to drive a lot of miles with no mileage reimbursement. Depending on office/division there may be poor operational support, poor support from senior management, and partners that treat others unfairly.

Cons
They do expect you to work very long hours Kinda feels like a cult

Cons
Have to commit to it for a few years to see the wealth and opportunity pay off and have to understand that selling a service can have a lot more frustrating variables.

Great work culture. Great training. Opportunity to make a lot of money with little experience

Not a career company. Moving performance targets after each successful year make it difficult to succeed year after year.
