      Enjoy the people and the culture and the learning opportunities. Good communication at all levels including the offshore team.

      Pros

      Remote work is the only pro that I can think of.

      Cons

      Work pressure is too high. There is no work life balance. They expect us to put in 14 hrs a day to work. There is a process called 'client concern' which doesn't make any sense in many ways. All blame is on lead or engineer, there is no sense of support by management team. Tremendous amount of Micro management, to the point where checking to see why employee is not online in Teams.
