    Decent benefit package ( Health, Dental coverage, specially for SFO station - offer free mandatory HCAO plan) World wide flight benefits, decent 401k match 2% + 7%, free paid parking Airport work environment

    I have been working at Air France for more than a year

    Pros

    The travel benefits are one of the best in all airlines. You have a lot of days off. Made really good friends at work.

    Cons

    As a passenger service agent in CDG, your planning everyday is made randomly by supervisor. You don’t have time to eat, I have never eat at work since there are no breaks. Because the break for you to eat is put at the end of your day. People there are wether nice or really bad and want to put you down for them to be upgraded in a supervisor position. Passengers can be rude but it’s the same in every company, here the company have some illogical rules to handle them and felt sorry many times for people with issues about their booking and etc.

    I worked at Air France full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Flight benefits are literally the only reason people stay here. They kick in 6 months after you start. Low cost domestic flights on other airlines. Only buddy passes on Air France flights.

    Cons

    Management is poorly trained. They’ll email each other instead of confronting employees on issues. Obvious favoritism. They told us we weren’t worth more than minimum wage pay and if we don’t like it we can leave. When things got hectic at the airport managers were nowhere to be found leaving employees to figure everything out themselves.

    Pros

    World wide travel benefits + lots of Zed agreements Decent 401K Sick pay, PTO Free medical, and affordable dental and vision plans (San Francisco station only) - since SFO requires all employers mandatory to offer free medical plans (Other station may have to pay premium) Station is growing Great Co workers Supervisors are really helpful

    Cons

    AF/KL joint station (workload 2 AF / 2 KL flights) Always short staffs, not enough manpower Constantly having issues with swissport (ground, operation handling)

    I have been working at Air France part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Pretty good incentives in health insurance, 401k, travel benefits, and free parking at the airport. Also all the staff are relatively friendly that the working circle has a bit sense of belonging and family within.

    Cons

    Little career opportunity to move up for a station with limited number of staff compared to bigger domestic airlines. It is difficult to move upwards without any personnel leaving in the above levels.
