After reading all these posts about people being offered so much money! I feel, I'm in a wrong place, a wrong company or I've some skill sets which are either useless or worth very less! I work at Airbnb as a claims specialist on 5 lpa fixed and incentives upto 20k per month? Isn't that too low? I've a total work experience of more than 4 years. What do I do to make more money! I can work with any company, without second thoughts, just need the offers to be higher than 8-9 lpa, I deserve this!!

Good organisation for junior folks. Lots of opportunities for them to a lot. Work life balance. Good ambiance and food.
Immature leaders and amateur leadership. Fight in public among themselves. Collective vision is not a priority. Extremely short sighted. Functional ways of working are very transactional. Not good for middle managementContinue reading

Good environment. Young enthusiastic employees. Work life balance, the company lets u travel, sends you to locations. Good job for people who like to travel and explore.
The job title and the work under it don't exactly match. As a quality analyst you would mostly be doing calling and checking on the users.

Great Company Culture Hard time Growing14 Oct 2021 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness Outlook
They really care about employees and have a great company culture. Their benefits are world class however since I have left I have heard rumors things have changed and it doesn't seem like the same place
Management in Customer Service is Micromanaged and they care more about their success than their teams. There isn't that much company growth. You can get to a position and then there isn't another position above so can be stuck in the same role for a long time Asks a lot of people and very hard to have a work life balance
