They really care about employees and have a great company culture. Their benefits are world class however since I have left I have heard rumors things have changed and it doesn't seem like the same place

Management in Customer Service is Micromanaged and they care more about their success than their teams. There isn't that much company growth. You can get to a position and then there isn't another position above so can be stuck in the same role for a long time Asks a lot of people and very hard to have a work life balance
