Mounting pressure from External Elements A single mistake or misspelt word can cost your career and you may be liable for criminal prosecution Not enough Salary or other compensations for the amount of risk we undertake Compulsion to maintain physical fitness similar to athletes Very little recognition or respect for the profession from other cadres of Airports Authority of India Have to bear abuses from the pilot due to reasons out of our hands Service Industry-so you can expect how things would be Typical 'Mazdoor' work environment Non-Supportive Senior Management No proper leave availability due shortage of Controllers Extremely Stressed junior Controllers to fill the gaps of Senior Controllers who went on "Emergency" leave. Not a Gazetted Govt Job.
