      Company that makes false promises

      Pros

      - Good domain to be in at the moment - They call it an AI company which is good to add to your resume but underneath it a Rule-Based and has a lot of customer churns.

      Cons

      - Politics - Favoritism - They won't pay you bonuses - You can be laid off anytime - No process - Senior leadership is selfish and the CEO is hell arrogant - No work-life balance at all - They create a false urgency culture - eg: - "I want this is 2 hours"

      Pros

      - Great Product to work on and highly talented people around - Right product at the right time given the current market needs (AI) - Things moving at rocket speed - Customer focused - Good Leadership (at least so far :-) ) - Ownership mindset - Flexibility - Decent Comp & stocks I am pretty sure Aisera has a great future and the number of customers are growing faster than I have ever seen before.

      Cons

      I have been here for 2+ months and haven't seen any red flags yet. Sometimes I have to extend for late-night calls but that's the need for rockets speed growing business.
