NO! IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH NO.
20 Feb 2023 - Fcy Cashier / Unit Compliance OfficerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Salary day don’t get delay. (BUT STILL, THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL ITS LIKE A YOU KNOW THAT KIND OF THING. ONCE YOU RECEIVED IT, GOTTA STRIVE AGAIN AND WAIT FOR IT TO TASTE IT)
Cons
-As a headline says. Value your health coz they don’t give our so called work-life balance. -You gotta work 2weeks straight with just one day off. (Lucky you if you have a sched of morning-off-evening. Worst case scenario, you’re gonna work evening-off-midshift —worst sched ever! Gotta work more than 8hrs) -Toxic area managers and branch managers. But, there are some good managers too. Lucky you if you got one. If not, you have to suffer for 2yrs (thats the visa timeframe) -If the branch manager or area manager doesnt like you, they will transfer you to the other branch. Which is the farthest branch from you. (BETTER NOT TO TELL WHERE YOU LIVE THOUGH) -Annual vacation, as per seniority. (I mean, ok thats reasonable) -and lastly, GETTING SICK IS A SIN. Not feeling well? NO NO NO!! you gotta work. One day sick leave would need a sick note even the employee handbook doesn’t say so they don’t care. Even if its one day YOU GOTTA GIVE A SICK NOTE!!!

Pros
For the beginners it’s a good choice to stay for 1-2 years salary on time
Cons
The cons are unlimited no work life balance never respect your family life they only concern about the customers, even your loved ones at hospital they will say you can’t go you have to work, area managers and managers all are worst they act like they are kings if you say anything opposed they will either transfer you in a far branches or they will screw you with the bad shift timings if you ask why you transferred they will say operational requirements for the past 4 years no increment removed over time even if your work on public holidays but they will give another day off more than that they want to cut down all their expenses from the employee salaries they will promote they are no 1 exchange but they re the 1 worst company to dealing with the employees

21 Dec 2022 - Foreign Currency Cashier in DubaiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
no pros at all .
Cons
one of the worst companies you can ever work for they consider their employees as robots not humans , * no weekly of (day off is every 2 weeks and some branches 3 - 4 weeks) *no annual leave , especially after the corona pandemic you have to get a lot of approval to get only 15 days annual leave after working their form 2 or 3 continuous years , *schedule are weekly and you don't have the right to see or discus it and you will know it one day before the week starts and it will be changed 2 or 3 or even 4 times during the week *poor management and you get ( zero support ) from all managers any time you ask for support for any thing as you will get used to hear (we have no thing to do ) or (that not in our hands ) or (as per the company policy ) *you will be palmed any time for any situation or any mistake or any error happens even it's not your mistake and you have to write explanation letter to the managers *they will ask you to extend your shift ours for any reason , they will cancel your off but try to be 1 minute late (they will ask you to write explanation letter). *Promotion is not based on how good you are at work but on how you can satisfy your managers *simply working there will destroy your social life, and it will affect you mentally and physically.

Pros
Salary is on time Working with a well known financial institution
Cons
-NO LIFE-WORK BALANCE -They treat employees like ROBOTS who just come to work, no need for family time and If ever thought it's your off (well guess what??? it's actually not because you're ON CALL) -the worst and most ABSURD appraisal system I've encountered in my entire working life -One of the worst management of employee pool as well -Contradictory management especially in location, If you ask to be transferred in a branch near you well guess what?? they would send you to the branch where in you have to travel 1 and a half hour to reach (5 claps 👏👏👏👏👏)
