      Good growth opportunity for the deserving, good work environment, management supports any new ideas or efforts, democratic management, very rare layoffs and redundancies, people centered, good perks for the deserving and a very humane management.

      Does not like people leaving the company, quite political work environment, lack of professional training programs for employees, lack of standard systems and processes, lot of favoritism.
