      Pros

Decent pay, excellent flight benefits, decent healthcare, and amazing coworkers.

      Cons

Unimpressive station management. Corporate says they want employees to ask questions and offer ideas but they normally blow you off.

Great company as a whole but who you work daily not so great

      Pros

Free flights, good benefits, perks for training in Seattle and when the company performs well as a whole

      Cons

Lower management as in supervisors and lead in each local station are not understanding at all and only point out the negative. They don’t teach you everything but expect you to know it all

      Everyone loves flying for free

      Pros

Amazing flight benefits for domestic and international air travel. Very difficult to get fired over attendance. Union represented.

      Cons

Several agents with VERY high seniority; many over 25 years of years of service. Shifts are constantly changing 5+ times a year to accommodate flight schedules. Lack of understanding and support within management.

      Beware of burn out

7 May 2021 - Human Resources Onboarding Specialist in SeaTac, WA

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good flight privileges, generous bonuses, decent workplace culture, solid company reputation.

      Cons

Very little work/life balance. Good odds of burnout pretty quickly. Pay is not competitive with other major Seattle companies. Non-profit-like company mentality: do more (and more and more and more) with less.

      Pros

Great overall benefits with exciting travel routes.

      Cons

With technology growing so rapidly, management would rather keep their old, stubborn pilots happy than embrace change for the better.
