Pros

Some colleagues are really nice to work with, but it’s not enough reason to make you stay

Cons

I’m not the only one You and me we made a contract For better over the years I can believe you let yourself down And the proof is in the way it blurts For times on end I've had my doubts Denying every tell-tale sign I’m relieved this is over now But I know that you still need me here You say I'm crazy 'Cause you don't think I know what you've done But when I tell you I’m leaving I know I'm not the only one You've been so high-turnover Now unsurprisingly negative reviews say why Your policies are unethical Your micro-management practices favoritism and those who sing the same tune Poor project management Your performance reviews are not based on objective metrics and find unreasonable excuses to extend probation or penalise employees through pay Your opportunities do not support smart employees’ growth Unhealthy long working hours that happen for a long period of time Even though you have fake positive reviews To all potential candidates If you think it’s a few disgruntled individuals Just read the negative reviews, available job openings and average employees’ tenure on LinkedIn If you still want to try, by all means and you’ll continue the sequel here I know I’m not the only one

Pros

Only person who sounds reasonable and trustworthy is group's CTO * I seriously doubt the positive reviews, they seems fake. This company deserves Zero stars.

Cons

1)All Employees are bound to answer company calls and should work at any odd hour all days including weekend's and public holidays 2)Never trust the management they fake everything to their employee's and to their clients also. 3) CEO has this micro management issue. 4)All the so called senior software engineers (TEAM leads or heads)lacks basics in computer science 5)company's expectation: "Seniors will always do the mistake or do nothing and new employees should correct their mistakes and do everything" 6)HR policy is a myth here. 7)HR management is just a showcase toy, did not seen them working on real employee issues other than fun activities.

Dear Alephian, It's saddening to hear that you did not enjoy your working experience with us. However, we would like to clarify that what you have aforementioned is not fully representative of the work culture at Aleph. Due to the nature of the business and client's requirement, some of us might have to work over the weekends for delivery purposes. However, they will be fairly compensated. Unless there is any serious escalation, a con-call will not be required at wee-hours nor during weekends. Also, we would like to think that it is unfair to us to your claim that the positive reviews are fake just because you had a different experience. Please note that employment experience is subjective but we are definitely working towards in cultivating a better experience for all. We would prefer if you could help us understand which part of the company policy do you have misunderstandings with. The Happiness Team, the HR in your words are always available to clarify your doubts. Ensuring a fun work culture is definitely our priority but that does not mean that we neglect other areas. Respecting our fellow colleague is of utmost importance and we take this with pride. We hope this will help to clarify your misunderstandings of us. Should you wish to reach out to us in the future, please feel free to do so. Good luck with your future endeavours nevertheless.
