    Pros

Some good people, developed some good relationships.

    Cons

Incompetent middle & senior management. Driving the business to the ground. Lack of product development or innovation. Bottom dwellers in all respects. Put people last. "Selective" boys club. Lots of back-stabbing and negative office politics.

    Cons

If you are a gamechanger type of employee, they will use you until they believe they can execute without you, let you go and hand your hard successful work to one of their incompetent brown nosing leaders. Absolutely no loyalty to the employees that do all the work trying to keep the company relevant in the industry.
