- Market Shy- No publicity/Advertising- Very few people know it exists!! - Hiring the entire year? -Limited Growth Opportunities -Bad AutoPromotion Policy- Immatured people rise in the ladder due to favouritism. -No change in responsibilities from Recruiter level-1 to 4. You get stagnated after some time. - Very low pay when compared to other industries but the best in the Staffing space. -After you work here in certain roles, you cannot be hired elsewhere as you don't get relevant experience. Good if you get into Technical Hiring. -Job Security- You can be fired even after 2 yrs with the Company. -Extended work hours -Team Politics -Partiality - High Attrition

Cons

Incompetent management, favoritism, low pay, long hours and being asked to do jobs that are not part of your remit. Worked at Allegis for 2 years and I witnessed the worst management ever in a 15 years career span. The new management they recruited in London are totally incompetent and negligent, they don't care about doing a good job and just lie and hide truths and facts.

Pros

You can work with some high level clients- but as a commission-based sales person, it is up to your efforts to close these deals yourself with no help or infrastructure from the company. You will compete against your own recruiters internally. Recruiters act fraudulent to try and close deals.

Cons

Too many to list.... A lot of fraud in the management. They will throw the younger, less experienced employees under the boss to cover their tracks (read the lawsuits pertaining to Maxim Healthcare, an Allegis owned company where billionaire and Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Biscouti had a large stake in the company); "Cover your hyde" work environment, low pay and will cut your commissions and take credit for your work.

Could be a good job if managers cared about employees or anything other than how much money they are going to make.

Discrimination, low pay, unreliable hours, very poor management, very unreliable computer system to work with, no recognition for hard work

Major disconnect between Allegis Group and Client. Poor training programs. Lack of consistent training and low pay.

Very low pay - at bonus they will nickel and dime you! Expectations are never clear Overworked and expected to work 70 hours on a 40 hour week. Personal info shared with managers is used against you in end of year review Development and Support are missing from leadership Boy's Club/Frat-boy menality - no inclusion
