*Good work culture. * Friendly environment so you can communicate anything to anyone without hesitation. *Got to learn many things so it's a best place to start your career. *Great work life balance.
As of now I didn't felt any cons.

No reason to Work with this company. At the time of exit they ask employees to put good reviews about the company. Never join this company. Especially The so called CEO Vinod Gadekar. He knows nothing about Market Research and how an organisation should be run. He will make your life hell once you resign. He will threaten to file a complaint regarding the data theft which they certainly couldn't prove anywhere.
Everything is negative here. Very less appraisal.
