    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Allstate Northern Ireland full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Very little pros, outside of the benefits the negatives outway everything else

    Cons

Where to start, pay is atrocious. They pile on my work each year & give you nothing. Leadership only cares about brown nosers & people who pretend the place is positive. Staff is told no to everything. Standards are extreme for the role. I would advise anyone to avoid this place.

    Pros

Allstate NI is a great place to work. The leadership team particularly within the security organisation is great. Lots of opportunity for coaching and mentorship and you will be equipped with skills to help you progress in your career. Good development plans and your ideas will be listened to.

    Cons

Sometimes the workload can be stressful, and there is red tape and lots of processes, but that's to be expected of a company this size and is manageable.
