Pros

Paycheck comes on time. Other employees are mostly good, honest, hard working people.

Cons

I actually worked in the Recruiting office with 5 other recruiters and both owners who also serve as the Managers. Owners micro manage to the point that it is smothering. Unfortunately, Alltech, Inc., is just one of many cookie cutter, 3rd party staffing companies fighting to fill IT roles in the Nashville, TN area (mostly healthcare). It is commission based, and unfortunately by the time you've made a candidate jump through all the unnecessary hoops required by owners, the job is filled. Owners have a toxic relationship often fighting over finances in the presence of employees. Bad company morale. Culture was more of an inmate in a probation office rather than a team.

Pros

Small company but great staff providing excellent resources for their clients and superior support to their resource team.

Cons

Because it is small the company does not have the opportunities available that a larger organization might.
