RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Allure Marketing Group full-time for less than a year
Pros
I think as a new graduate getting this job is a huge possibility to gain experience in the sales area. It's really helpful and the uncapped commission based salary is for me the way to evaluate if you are doing well your job. The environnement is young and dynamic, exactly what a young person is looking for
Cons
Really hard working hours and few resting time.
Pros
It was nice working here, learnt lot on improving my skills.
Cons
Only cons is the work load at times

Pros
Allure was an amazing company to work at. I was employed through the pandemic and quarantine which was extremely scary since there was so much uncertainty with what was going on in NYC. They kept me employed and paid for several weeks. It was obvious they cared about the team and continued to put us first!
Cons
I had to leave Allure because I had to move back home, otherwise, I would still be there! Wish they had opportunities outside of the east coast!

Pros
It’s nice to finally wake up in the morning and go to a place that I enjoy working at. The team, the management, the structure, and the positive work culture is why I chose to start my career here. As a recent college grad I was nervous to embark into the “real world” but the mentorship and support I have received have prepped me perfectly for a future in the Marketing world.
Cons
Not the right place for someone who is not looking for a fast paced work environment.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Allure Marketing Group full-time for less than a year
Pros
The opportunity to spend hours exploring different parts of the city and enter different businesses and get a feel for what they prefer.
Cons
Horrific pay, 12-hour workdays, toxic positivity work culture, and the management don't listen to subordinates. It is more of a cult than a workplace. I got out of there in two weeks.
