    I worked at Almarai full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Every year vacation of 34 days with return ticket.

    Cons

    Inhuman and prison like environment. No holidays. 24/7 working even on Eid days. Underpaid. Long hours working late in the night (No fixed timings). You are on duty literally 24 hours. No family status. No allowances for working on weekends and holidays. Modern day slavery. Worst medical panel. working in remote areas where there is no recreational activity available.

    If you were able to work with Almarai, it can give you huge experience to equip you on your next job.

    Cons

    Working with Almarai will allow you to earn more than your basic salary because of overtime. But the downside of it is that you get long hours of work and no social life.
