- lots of focus on bringing in really smart and experienced people - some long tenured people that really know what they’re doing balances it out - everyone is very supportive and in it together - tons of growth happening and lots of new products being brought in - didn’t lay anyone off during Covid, even in first couple months when things were tight - people first culture

Cons

- some departments function better than others - office really needs a renovation - they tend to work late hours so ending your day by 5 can be tricky in some departments
