I am working as Senior IT person in Alphard for last 2 years. It feels great to be with such a company having good working culture. our top management always motivated me to do my work in more efficiently. I have always received performance based training which helped me to improve my skills.

Cons

Being an IT team member and providing support to the worldwide offices is bit difficult and sometime hectic too.

The day you will join this comoany You will miss your previous company And will start searching for a new company to work with .

Cons

If you start working with this company you end up suffering from blood pressure or some kinda diseases.very stressful environment.you will be monitor by CCTV 24/7. Pathetic department is HR. You won't have any say in this company. Nepotism at higher level.
