Pros

Some amazing, incredible people work here. They're mostly all smart and kind. We would also occasionally get bonuses.

Cons

No benefits, paid time off, sick days, below average pay. Carlos Puerto the owner treats all his employees like unloved four year old stepchildren. He made one of our CAD designers watch his replacement work on his computer, and didn't tell him till the end of the day that he was being let go. He then kept the computer for several days and the former employee had to come into the office to get it, which left the new employee without a workstation for several days. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. He is a child and a joke of a human being. His work practices are unethical, and unfair. There are some absolutely amazing people that work here, but this man single handedly turned a potentially amazing experience into something that will be in the back of my mind as the most stressful, unfair year of my life. Do not work here unless there are some serious changes, ask current employees about their working conditions before accepting an offer.

Pros

SOME of the people I work with are awesome.

Cons

The management is absolutely horrendous, No Paid time off, no benefits whatsoever, the only time anyone here has had something extra is when they asked us to have our family members leave 5-star reviews for them on google and facebook for 20$. When a company relies on your FAMILY for reviews it's pretty sad. You should have your service speak for itself. Carlos is the ABSOLUTE worst boss I have ever had the disprivilege to work with. The only reason he is even an owner is that he got lucky by knowing the true owner of the business. He literally knows nothing about what it is like to deal with customers, so you could only imagine the horror of advice he tries to give you when you are dealing with customers, like threatening to lean their house when they haven't responded in just one day. It is absolutely ridiculous

Pros

Nice co-workers. They did send us to volunteer on company time for Habitat for Humanity at Christmas. That was cool.

Cons

This company only cares about money. They do not value their employees. They will throw you away like a dirty rag. They don't listen to employees. There are no benefits whatsoever. Very few holidays. I never had more than one day off in a row because the way shifts were scheduled. I worked in Sales Support and they would offer bonuses that were impossible to achieve for things that were outside of our purview. They won't offer additional training if you are falling short a little. They will just suddenly lay you off with no warning. The owner Carlos sits in his office and watches employees on the security camera. I was afraid to even talk to my co-workers even if it was work related. This company believes very strongly in nepotism. The company seemed to be falling apart when I left. There were lots of problems with installers not showing up for jobs so we had a lot of very irate customers. They were constantly hiring and laying off.
