    Equal opportunities are endless. You can progress within the organization by moving upwards in the corporate ladder or moving to a different location. They have always been fair and benefits are good. HR is supportive, flexible and emphatic.

    It is hard to find cons for a company that has helped me move forward with my life and succeed in my career.

    An exceptional company to work for if those are looking for solid career progression and opportunity to move internally and overseas. Their salaries are fair and they have great people processes which connect to yearly bonus's.

    Cons

    Being global, and massive - things take time and patience is a virtue. Lots of long-standing staff, you can look at that in two way.

    Some old technology and technical debt, most of the code base has been started more than 20 years ago Focus on customer delivery before code quality
