Cons

1. Very slow to adapt new technologies 2. People managers drive the team. Even if you are technically inclined and on same position of people manager, you still need to address people manager who is not technocal. 3. Extremely long working hours. 4. No work life balance 5. HR Policies -- > Amdocs deducting your leaves from vacation balance if you fell sick. Employees been asked to return Work from home items or asked to payback the amount. 6. Project HR ask you the feedback, but eventually listens to Director's feedback.

Pros

1. Flexibility in timing, No Dress Code. 2. Free Breakfast (fruits and all), Subsidies Meal Coupon, Evening Snacks, Parties. 3. One of the top company works in Telecom Domain having almost all Tier-1 telecom Customer from worldwide, Mainly for Billing Product. 4. Onsite-Opportunities (if you are lucky and depend on Project & Manager). 5. If you are lucky then, you may get chance to work under Israeli Manager as they believe in the process.

Cons

1. No Work Life Balance, Long working hours and weekend supports, No personal life, No time for family. 2. Very less Salary and Compensation as compared to market. Many people are working in very less package. 3. So much work pressure, Many people are suffering from High Blood Pressure. 4. Improper or Bad Planning and Project Management. 5. No Knowledge transfer, No Process, No proper documentation, So much dependency on other products and Core. 6. No training, You shall be assigned directly with something that you don't know. 7. Multiple tasks assigned in parallel to you (full of the load) and everything is URGENT. 8. Almost every project in critical/Red phase. Around 400-500 email appears in outlook daily. 9. No Role of HR they are just sitting for paper work. Amdocs is Manager Company. Both Manager and HR are be in cahoots. 10. A lot of favoritism only the selected and favorite people get onsite, bonus and personal luxury to going at any time. No matter how hard you work. 11. High expectation, Doesn't matter how you complete. 12. Non-technical managers and Many senior people are in high position since childhood, with No - productivity (in various non-productive role like version manager, CDO,CDM, Site Manager, etc.) just to put pressure on developer. 13. Attrition rate high as many good technical people leaving company. 14. No transparency in relocation opportunity everything fixed internally between Indian managers. 15. Still working on legacy systems and ages old technologies. Outside limited opportunity. 16. Many Indian people have reached in management and control many things as they believe in overworking for cost cutting.

1. Employee Caring 2. Various Allowances & Bonus, etc. 3. Gifts on various occasions. 4. Appreciation for performance. 5. Helping colleagues and managers. 6. Growth and Learning 7. Telecommunication sector is growing rapidly indirectly resulting in the growth of Amdocs.

Cons

1. 9+ working hours depending on your role & project. 2. They use legacy systems so most probably you will work on old technologies. 3. The work you do won't make any difference in the real world like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc does. 4. Amdocs is a product + service-based company. But, if you are a fresher, then there are chances that they will place you in the Support or Delivery or Testing team, so indirectly you will work in a service-based account.

Pros

Only free fruits, here as well the lead comes and count to make sure u take only one apple . They will shout before everyone n insult u if u go for two. Pathetic

Cons

1. They removed all experience good people during covid and expecting few people to work on behalf of that. 2. The team leaders for Amdocs BPO phursungi don’t have manners to talk. They only shout, tell u can’t logout if targets are not completed. They question u for a lunch break as well as publish a report as missing when u go to washroom for a minute. 3. Leads only use red colour bold letter with font size 22 to inform anything to team. They don’t listen when u ask for leaves even if you are not well. 4. The manager here is so dominating. I don’t know the last time she communicated with any employee and listen them. 5. HR for BPO amdocs just listen what management wants to share about employee, employees opinion doesn’t matter. U need to keep chasing for your night shift allowances , overtime Paid. 6. Working hours they have a shift of midnight 2.30 till morning 11.30. 7. People having good terms with management can only be promoted no matter even if They don’t know a single word about process.

Pros

Get to learn a lot of things when you are in migrating project and lot of client interaction. Good campus with free breakfast and snack and subsidised lunch.

Cons

AT&T is one of the worst projects to work with as they are still working on legacy systems and hence you do not get to learn a lot. Best is to opt for migrating projects which is more demanding. Long working hours where managers dont care and make you sit extra. Indian management is bringing the company down

Pros

Job security, Onsite opportunities, Good benefits. You do get chances of onsite opportunities at client location depending on the project. Food provided in office is very good and along with other cafeteria services. Can work for long years in such organization.

Cons

Long Working Hours(weekends as well) in many projects especially in Testing. Your Test team leads and managers ask you to extend many times. Switching via Internal Job Postings is not easy for employee and requires Management's approval
