Pros
its a good organization with a lot of fulfilling moments. It'll change you as a person for the better and show you what community means. There's a scholarship and a students loan holding where it pays the interest so interest dose not accrue. The insurance is amazing. I would go back just to have it again. Weekends and school holidays off.
Cons
you can only participate until you max out the grant money. Low pay long hours. You have to meet you hour quota or work extra to make it.
