    Pros

The CEO. He does an amazing job setting the vision, articulating the strategy, and empowering the team. Beyond that, the mission and culture. The people here really care about each other and helping seniors. I also feel like my contributions are totally valued and my expertise is respected. I have a lot of freedom and flexibility to execute. As a result, I've done some of my best work and had some of my highest professional accomplishments while at AAG.

    Cons

None really. It's a fast-growing company that's experiencing some growing pains as a result, but nothing like I've experienced at other companies.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. Your dedication to making AAG and the lives of our customers better is apparent.

Good management team, good work life balance. They a at a fledgling state, they have good ideas but will not be able to keep good people until they figure it out.

    Cons

Low base and low commission structure for the amount of business coming in.

    Advice to Management

Don't lie to people about what is being made by loan officers just to get people to come to work for you.

Management - it is like the blind leading the blind
A lot of internal work relationships
They have become a typical mortgage company who has large layoffs.

    Advice to Management

They do a lot of surveys that are anonymous, management should actually listen to it.
