Pros
Great employee discount- 40% usually and 50% off new season merchandise. Can shop at any American Eagle with the discount. Part time schedule is good for students. I was working there and taking classes.
Cons
This pertains to the location in Herald Square: They use to cut a lot of hours. Sometimes when you arrive they would send you back because they were 'over hours.' Expect to stay much later than the night shift Constantly harassed about opening credit cards and reward cards but that's usually all retail jobs. Need to ask permission to use the bathroom because only the managers had keys High turn over rate, pay is low. Some people enjoy it, you really need to enjoy working in retail. If you don't you will be miserable
