Pros
the discounts are good (60%) and free merchandise if goals are made and job is done. In larger store hours are flexible since they hire so much employees The job in backstore is relatively easy
Cons
The management could be better with communication with their employees and between managers. the ambiance between employees could be tense depending on your personality and the staff hired (my store feels like high school all over again, unnecessary gossip which can be annoying)

Pros
American Eagle is a very professional clothing store with the way they work with their employees. You are always kept up to date on new items in the store. The employee discount is amazing!! 12 items for 60% off and 40% all the time!
Cons
Pay is low for a starting employee, and shifts got to be incredibly boring
