Pros
-40% discount regular merch. sometimes 60% off. 25% off clearance and sale items. -Great co-workers -Good music
Cons
-On call shifts pretty much destroy any means for a life outside of work (work/life balance) -Credit cards pushed onto employees and often are given bribes to get them -Extremely high expectations; we are expected to be everywhere and annoy the customers endlessly with clothes they do not want added on in the fitting rooms, pushing credit and rewards cards onto them, etc. -Not enough pay. Minimum wage is not worth all the things we have to do -We are always over hours so people's shifts get cut when they really need them -Closing shifts sometimes stay over 2 hours past what time you are scheduled to get off -No communication between management -Favoritism with managers
