Pros
Company grows every year and is in stable condition. Great new office space with standing desks. Many people are talented and always willing to help. If you work hard you will be rewarded. What makes this company is people who dedicate big part of their lives and make this company successful. People, people and once again people.
Cons
You get rewarded for hard work, but only when you ask. Discount for gym next door would be nice.

Thank you for your feedback. Americaneagle.com strives for a collaborative and family oriented environment where everyone comes together to accomplish our common goal. Employees receive a discounted enrollment fee at all FFC locations in the Chicagoland area. We also have membership discount packages available for the gym next door. Please reach out to human resources if you have additional questions. We appreciate all of your hard work over the past 10+ years, and look forward to watching you continue to grow over more years to come!

Pros
Current technology to work with, plenty of opportunity to grow and move up if you are motivated and show the ability to learn, troubleshoot issues, and resolve issues on your own. Fun work environment and co-workers. Manager listens to issues and works with me to resolve them. Most co-workers are intelligent and are more than willing to help if you run into a problem you can't resolve on your own.
Cons
Stressful more often than not, some co-workers are hired based on who they know and not what they know. Can be slow to get issues and tickets resolved. Unless you really screw up bad, you won't be fired (I guess this could be a pro, but can be frustrating to deal with co-workers that constantly overwrite your code changes).
