Amica had some of the most caring leaders in the industry. They truly supported their team members and leaders and embodied their values. I learned a lot from being part of the organization and I would love to go back and work with them one day.

The pay scale is a little low compared to industry standards but what they lack in financial compensation, they make up for in work environment and learning opportunities.

Overall it's a good company, with a good amount of investment in innovation and technology.

It does have its problems with culture, making people living in constant fear of losing their jobs, as a means to improve productivity. It also has serious problems with diversity in certain departments, creating ethnical stereotypes in the company.
