      You can learn lot if you are stubborn, some good employees will be there, good place for people who does not work

      Cons

      No professional behavior from HR team, threatening employees always will happen, forcing write good reviews in glass door, there is no career growth, No humanity, No transparency always

      Nothing. So many fake reviews for this company to make it look super good.

      Cons

      Useless Management All employees are under bond usually 2-3 years, so that the management gets cheap labour for so many years. No room for improvement. Salary doesn't come on Time. Poor work culture (Actually no culture at all) 99% employees are not happy, but still stay in the company because of the bond. CEO likes to extract work from the employees and try to make money. Totally no benefits. No parking shed for the employees. CEO is so cheap. No proper Cafeteria AC doesn't work properly inside the building

      Cons

      useless management, no one acts according to the hierarchial level. AVP's duties are right from the cab facilities till the room freshners but not related to the business . salaries will always come after 45 days of work. Even CEO will not fullfill his promises.
