      Pros

Great place for employees to make a difference right now - in any discipline. The focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and margin has never been higher. Performance is now more important than relationships, and Anadarko has shown that supervisors, managers, and even vice presidents will be held to task.

      Cons

Through the downturn, morale eroded to be 'in line' with other E&Ps and company stock has underperformed peers. Attrition has been high in 2017, at least in Denver, as salaries have become less competitive among Denver peer companies.

        Pros

The people here were some of the best I've ever met! Also good benefits

        Cons

So much turnover when I left, there was a new person leaving each week to go to a competing firm. This was likely due to the vague direction of the Denver office, lack of communication from the senior management, and general paralysis that seemed to be happening.
