      Pros

      Some really lovely people who honestly want to make the company great.

      Cons

      Management are self serving and only interested in their deliverables. Expect to be gaslit. Quality comes second to speed and cost and each IT department deflect responsibility. There is no accountability. Proper recognition is few and far inbetween.

      Angle Auto is your typical start-up with toxic grunt-pushing leadership and unrealistic expectations from its employees. "Get things done yesterday, regardless if it's correct or not". Trust me, if you work in IT, stay clear of this place, run for the hills....

      Cons

      Detriment to your mental health. If you want to work for an organisation that will leave you with mental health illness then work for these guys and the management don't care about you and how the work impacts you, Their systems don't work properly yet they expect you do to miracle work only for the selective few to get recognition because favoritism is quite evident.
