      Pros

Fantastic company to work for. From the start everyone has been very supportive and there is always someone to help you. The moral is fantastic during mentoring, you have one to one support and lots of competitions and incentives to keep you engaged. You are given lots of training before hand so you can gain the knowledge before being put on the phones. The company as a whole puts a lot of effort into keeping staff happy and motivated.

      Cons

There is a lot to learn but you get there in the end with the support of other team members and mentors.

      Pros

Anglian water is one of the best companies that I've has the pleasure to work for. In the start, there is a lot of stuff to learn but you are provided with an excellent training programme so you are given with all the knowledge you need to get going. There are always people around to guide you through and to help you grow in your role. There's always something new that you can work towards to progress in the company and lots of opportunities around to motivate you to do well. Since working here, I've realised how much care is put into customer service, and this is something I have always looked for in a job.

      Cons

There is a lot to learn when you do first start and can be challenging to get your head around.
