Everything is great till the time you do not hurt anyones ego. No bar for incentives. No bar for incentives monthly you can earn. Very supportive environment. Very good learning for freshers.

Night shifts only. Only client making is the key of business. More you interact on phone more your relation get stronger.

They provide a telephone to talk to clients. name of this company has been changed in India three times. Okaya tech and techfield and apetan are same company.

They only want business from you and from very first week of joining. they do not provide training, spoiling the carrier of several good employees. they hire and fire within a month or two, this is routine work. they are fake and big liar. never join this organization.
