it is a very bad company, it does not have any project, it will hires and fire immediately, do not even pay, show I am requesting you no one join in this company, it will destroy your career. its review has been put or put in by these people.

They do not have any projects. After hiring they will say sorry we can not work with you. even they do not have any idea how to company will continue.

Pros

Had a really great time working here. Learned a lot while working on good/challenging projects. Salil Sir, Rizwan Sir, Onkar Sir, and Anshu ma'am all are very good people and are always there to address any of our queries/issues and help to resolve that. All colleagues were great to interact and work with. The salary was always paid on time and was given the option to work remotely.

They have good projects and have excellent learning opportunities for fresher. On time salary. Salary increment is based on employee ability. They have lot of work to learn. Fixed 5 day working. Extended working hours mostly days. Company owner is Salil Dhawan who is cool guy. he interact each person in the Company. And talks friendly, appreciate work and cooperate with the employee if he/she has any problem. Location is good and clean office.

Cons

Less leaves compared to other companies. No benefits other than salary. Low budget company office is very small No extra activity and sometimes happens in decades than some people(who are given more values) ruin everything by showing seniority who talks in unprofessional way.

This one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry. I have been working here for 9 months and liked the over all work environment. Provides a great opportunity to grow, learn, and excel in the career. Awesome work culture and a great learning.

You have to work in good office culture, if you are a cubical culture then don't apply for a job here.

This company has accellent projects. And have good oppurtunity to learning for freshers. And salary is like other companies based on market value.
