I have been working at Argos part-time

    Pros

The team itself are very nice, and are flexible with the hours and days you work. Rotas do change every week but not too last minute and the pay is decent at 6.93 for under 18’s.

    Cons

The management needs some help, and they need to give more training to new people as they do a day of training and throw you into the job.

    Advice to Management

Become a bit better at helping people instead of standing more on the sidelines.
