    I worked at Argos part-time

    Pros

    Perfect for students
    Flexible hours
    Decent pay over night shifts
    Bank holiday pay is good

    Cons

Management can be hard to talk to (depending on store)
Difficult to book religious holidays if there are too many members of staff of the same faith wanting the same days off

Keep staff on rotation more - it can get tedious doing one thing for hours on end.

    I worked at Argos part-time

    Pros

    - Work with a friendly and helpful team of people
    - Heavy lifting in the stock room can be a good workout
    - Argos Employee Discount

    Cons

    - All round boring job. If it wasn't for the people there, I would of left a lot sooner
    - Constant pressure to sell a certain amount of replacement care (Insurance) was pretty annoying
    - When alone in the stock room and it gets busy, it can get pretty stressful. Asking for help when the orders pile up always got a "tut and a blow" from the highers up, adding to stress.
    - Manager was the only person there I wasn't a huge fan of. Very stern. Difficult to be friendly with.
