Pros
A good company for freshers which gives good exposure to their employees here we have heart to heart bond with the organization no need for a proper BOND!!! Company provides excellent training to their employees so they can grow up in all the domain not in a single domain.
Cons
Not many but initially you should provide a good CTC to employees and a better stipend also.

Argusoft is one of the best company. Friendly work environment, company policies,open work culture, american style working, reputed clientele around the world and many more things that attracts anyone to join this organization.

There are many like -Freedom, -learning opportunities, -On time salary, -Higher package for college pass outs -Great package for experienced -An excellent working environment -A nice and big campus
Cons
I could find hardly any other than every employee had been given full freedom. No micromanagement for the breaks and in & out timings etc. One can take many as long as his work is completed.
