Toxic culture - hostile senior management
12 May 2023 - Investment AnalystRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
No premium health insurance was included
Cons
Leadership on equity team was hostile, unprofessional, with anger management issues. Dishonest leadership is tolerated by the executive director as long as senior leadership is loyal to the executive director. Quite possibly most toxic culture ever experienced. Very high turnover. Won't survive unless you compromise your integrity. No accountability. Investment decisions are self-serving and thus, not in the best interest of beneficiaries.
