AAA is an institution with a friendly work atmosphere. The best part is that open communication allows you to share your concerns or opinions with anyone, regardless of position. A very good administration that assists teachers at all times. The company has a clear goal, which helps us teachers focus and work towards it. All things considered, the environment at AAA encourages our development and fosters a welcoming workplace where we can contribute to the expansion of the company.

During the completion of the syllabus, the workload might increase.

The best part of this institution is the politics free enviorenment.The management and the faculties both are very supportive.Best place to work for the freshers.Freshers will get a lot to learn if they will work at least 1 or 2 year in this institution.

Cons

You will not get that much crowd of students where 60 70 studebts used to sit in the class.They used to make batch of 30 35 students.Its good for the students but it will be difficult for the faculties to handle much crowd when they gets used to it. Salary can be a bit better.But yes if you are giving good performance you will get incentives(performance bonus).

Hectic work for peanuts. They literally treat teachers like labour and follow up with deadlines. There is no value or any respect left for teachers in this institute. The salary is very poor and hikes barely exist compared to any other institution i have worked so far. Teachers are treated like cheap labour. Worst work culture and abusive management. Work life balance is pathetic as you will have extended hours of work on regular basis as there are very few teachers. You will literally spoil your health, family, career and peace by joining this institute!!

Hard labour work Poor salary. You will literally die and cry everyday. Owner is quack and greedy for all credits. I know few of the founding people who backed him when he had nothing are ditched by him. You will be surprised to see his double standards. Family business you can say.... All credits to family and nothing to actual workers. Laborius work targets and no remuneration. You will literally roam in bangalore in the pursuit of teacher. No time for you and family and top of it They will just cut salary as they want and give remaining as and when they want. Join if you wanto do social work. Spoiling the name of iskcon also. Bootlickers are welcome and you will be safegaurded....
