Pros

Use to be many but none left these day.

Cons

I worked here for almost an year, initially I loved the company. They were a small name but maintained decent standard until April 2017. The higher management made a stupid decision for their Gurgaon office and gave the authorities to someone who is completely naive to word name DECENCY. A bossy lady who loves her team (so called yellow team) and ducks the other team (Blue tribe) which earlier was under another leader (a better one). Since she came in power all her lil adopted pups got the power as well, even if they have no idea how the business works and poor blue team struggled to survive, even if many of them have double the experience of what those kids of her has. Partiality, Favoritism, feet-licking is all left these days in their Gurgaon office. I have huge respect for CEO & MD but they made a bad decision and threw company's future in ruin. I guess which led to down fall of the company. She personally made sure that her pups are all safe (though only couple of consultants in that team actually works, rest all think it as their mommy's property) and swiped more than half of poor blue tribe (Delivery Team) out. I even wonder who these days is giving 4-5 rating to this company, must be Mommy's little kids. Blessings but yeah reverse countdown has started for this firm in Gurgaon.

Thank you for your review, I’m sorry to read you have had a bad experience at Arrows Group. We had all the right intentions in setting up our Indian office and believe we helped develop a number of very talented people. Our biggest challenge was creating a common culture across all geo's and understanding the challenges of leadership in the Indian culture. We have learnt many lessons and would welcome any opportunity to speak directly about the ways we try to improve.

Pros

None left these days - it used to be a place for rewarding without bias, transparent leadership and a culture of fearless apolitical support.

Cons

Compared to the previous leader, the current manager is extremely bossy and biased. She gives preference to people who carry her stuff around and refer to her as boss. Her puppies get a lot of benefits while the hardworking not only go unnoticed, but also are treated with humiliation. This place had such a bright future, it's all gone thanks to blind leaders, till the top, who prefer artificial relationship based biased leaders.

Thank you for your review, I’m sorry to read you have had a bad experience while working for Arrows Group in our Indian office. We learnt many lessons in setting up the Indian office and happy to say we developed a number of truly exceptional people. Our biggest challenge was trying to align a flat hierarchy with the Indian culture.

Pros

•monday blues •friday fun • previous leadership was good

Cons

This is the worst company to work with. Recently the leadership has changed and she is treating employees like trash. All "she" cares about is her puppies who are doing nothing. She doesn't care whether an employee is performing or not and she doesn't even know how to retain "good talent". She wants people who are hospitalised to work from hospital. Because of this "favoritism" many people has left and upper management (CEO) is doing nothing about it. Before "her" leadership, company was in a really good state and now everything is just falling apart. There is no scope of growth and no one values your hard work, so for hard workers : this place is definitely not for you. •WORST CULTURE •FAVORITISM •Hard workers are not VALUED •People are asked to work even when they are hospitalised
