I have been working at Asendia full-time

    Pros

    • Opportunity to make money when sales territory is built up and performing. Sales comp plan changing Q4 2019. • Current acquisition with GlobeGistics hopes to take best ideas from both companies to improve and streamline processes (account setup, etc.) • Quarterly & Bi-Annual Meetings to communicate management’s vision and goals is helpful and encouraging. • Good, knowledgeable sales and operations management with immense industry knowledge & expertise sincerely want to empower and support

    Cons

    • Growing pains of two different cultures becoming one is apparent. • Lack of Sales visibility with shared CRM, causes distrust and anxiety amongst sales representatives. • IT resources to set up new accounts can be cumbersome and confusing • Health benefits are more costly than industry average, considering parent company is Swiss Post and La Post of France you think would be better • Current acquisition with GlobeGistics is causing many questions for employees with limited answers and many questions. • Even though Asendia acquired GlobeGistics, GlobeGistics management is heading all areas, including Sales, Operations, and Administrative/HR
